In 2022, the BSB Foundation and BSB Alumni launch the "Mentoring by BSB" programme!

Why a mentoring programme? What are our objectives?

The mission of the BSB Foundation is to accompany and support our students by promoting the entrepreneurial spirit, excellence and supporting equality.

A mentoring programme is part of this mission and develops the link between the BSB communities; to go beyond financial support, it aims at creating a close relationship between the beneficiaries of the Foundation and its donors and/or graduates in order to benefit from advice and support through the sharing of experiences.

What is mentoring?

Mentoring is a generous and disinterested, voluntary, long-term and confidential relationship between two people who have no hierarchical or functional link; the more experienced one is called a "mentor", the other who wishes to develop in a professional context is called a "mentee". 

This relationship is based on regular exchanges over a period of 4 to 6 months, during which the mentee brings in topics and questions in order to benefit from the professional and personal experience of the mentor.
