When commitment shapes destinies.

Perhaps you take your day-to-day commitment to your business, to your loved ones or to society for granted? With this new issue of La Suite, we wanted to show that your self-sacrifice should never be trivialized. A blend of care for others and self-demand, commitment is a fragile flame that deserved a dedicated issue.

Cécile Lochard, Director of Sustainable Development for Parfums Christian Dior, and Captain Jean-Baptiste D., who commands a hundred soldiers from the 48e régiment de transmissions in Agen, talk about how commitment can be the matrix of a lifetime. In very different ways and from a very young age, they have charted their course without ever deviating. Edifying!

More recent graduates, Éloïse Flavigny, Louise Lambert-Muyard and Fabien Palcau share their daily lives. Each in his or her own field, they have chosen to leave their comfort zone and follow their convictions to the very end. Refreshing!

Finally, Alexandrine Bornier, Céline Soulas and Sophie Pouchet remind us that commitment is an academic crucible for BSB. Immersing our students in the real lives of those who suffer, helping refugees rebuild their lives and, of course, supporting all deserving causes is our way of promoting active solidarity.

Commitment on the part of all is our greatest treasure. And it's only valuable when it's shared. Enjoy your reading!
